The members of the Seattle-based improv group Old AF have one thing in common -- they are old at heart. Sure, the cast includes improvisers of diverse biological ages. But all of Old AF's performers are deeply out of touch. They don't understand a damn thing on the internet. They have no idea what their Gen Z coworkers are saying. All they know about TikTok is what they've read in the New York Times.

 

But in their desperation to stay relevant, they've created a comedy show that proves you don't have to be cool to be funny. Whether they ask for the latest slang from the audience or reminisce with them about the joys of yesteryear, the Old AF players weave their newfound knowledge into improv scenes full of gut-busting premises, slow-building scenework, and clever callbacks.
